CLI Capabilities

Complete control over your cloud fleet.

Everything you can do in the web console can be executed, automated, and scripted through the CLI.

Interactive Command REPL (`dcd shell`)

Full interactive command shell with real-time tab auto-completion, contextual prompts, and fuzzy server search so you never have to remember server IDs or syntax flags.

Compiled Go Performance

Zero dependencies, zero Node/Python runtimes. Single statically-linked Go binary boots in under 10 milliseconds and consumes negligible system memory.

Unified Fleet Orchestration

Provision databases, stream remote container logs, restart applications, and open zero-config SSH sessions across multi-cloud servers in one command.

Automated CI/CD Pipelines

Emit machine-readable JSON with the `--json` flag to cleanly integrate deployment verification and health checks into GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.

Multi-Org Tenancy & Token Auth

Easily switch contexts between personal side-projects and client enterprise teams using `dcd org switch`. API tokens are stored securely in local OS keychains.

Non-Root mTLS Agent Comms

Execute operations across your infrastructure using secure outbound-only mTLS tunnels. No exposed SSH root passwords or insecure public management ports.

Planned Release

Upcoming Distribution Channels

Single statically-linked binary distributions will be released across official package managers upon public availability.
